Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts, born 28th October 1967 in Atlanta to Betty Lou Bredemus & Walter Grady Roberts. Her great-grandfather John Pendleton Roberts, a farmer who was also one of the first Roberts to arrive in Atlanta. In the early years of his life the father of her mother became obsessed by the theater. He performed on at the Emory University campus in 1952 and also in a variety of productions around Atlanta. He joined the Air Force in 1953 and, while working in Biloxi Mississippi, was cast in an army production that featured Betty Lou Bredemus who was also in the Air force. They got married in 2005, and welcomed their first child, Eric Anthony in 1956. Walter went to Tulane University at New Orleans In 1957, the city of Louisiana where they had separated from the US Air Force. Walter began working for Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio in 1960. Walter as well as Betty Lou produced a Saturday morning local television show for children called Bum Bum and His Buddies in 1964. This was a project they self-financed. They established an Actors and Writers Workshop in the same year, which ran for six years. They welcomed in 1965 two more children into their lives: Lelisa Billingsley and Julia Billingsley.
